recently i traveling, was in malaysia visited this mall called “Low yat Plaza” Its one of the best place to check out tech and electronics stuff in kuala Lumpur malaysia, you could compare it to say its 5 floors of “best buy“ product wont be as cheap as you could find in USA but still if you hunt you can find good stuff,deals, and value for money price if you can bargain , yes you should try your bargaining skills even on places where they say fixed price.. try it …… if the sales man removes his calculator and starts punching some numbers that mean he ready for bargain …… you should remove your cellphone and start punching some numbers
pretend you like the product, really interested and only thing which is stopping you from buying it is the price but you still making effort converting quoted price between malaysian ringgits to USD $ or indian rupees etc trying to see if feasible for your budget etc etc
also make sure you check out shops on all the floor, because just going to different shop for the same product you could save anywhere between 10$ to 50 $ easily
